Minimum requirements:
- Windows 7 or newer
- Microsoft .NET framework (runtime) installed. You can download .NET framework package from official Microsoft download page: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net48
It is not an installer – just unzip the file into the folder and run.
You will find a new version under the same link before the old one expires.
